本研究提出了以液体菌种作原种,合成颗粒或谷粒菌种作栽培种的蘑菇制种新工艺。其中液体菌种的培养时间只需3—4天,颗粒菌种的培养时间只需8—10天,整个制种工序历时仅23—27天,比旧工艺快3—4倍。液体菌种的培养,采用麦芽糖、蛋白胨为主要碳、氮源,在小型发酵装置(101×4)中进行。合成颗粒培养基采用厩肥、泥土和交联型聚丙烯酸钠等原料配制,成本低,吸水率大,适宜于接受液体菌种。蘑菇液体一颗粒菌种生产工艺综合了液体菌种和颗粒菌种的优点,不仅菌种的培养时间短、质量高,污染率也低。经上海市嘉定县、宝山县及浙江省平阳县等地推广应用,增产14—29%。
In this study, a new mushroom seed production technology using liquid species as original species, synthetic particles or cereal species as cultivars was proposed. Including liquid culture time of only 3-4 days, particle culture time just 8-10 days, the entire seed production process lasted only 23-27 days, 3-4 times faster than the old process. The cultivation of liquid species was conducted using maltose and peptone as main carbon and nitrogen sources in a small-sized fermentation apparatus (101 × 4). Synthetic granular medium using manure, soil and cross-linked sodium polyacrylate and other raw materials preparation, low cost, water absorption, suitable for receiving liquid strains. Mushroom liquid a particle bacteria production process combines the advantages of liquid and granular bacteria species, not only the cultivation of bacteria short time, high quality, pollution rates are low. By Shanghai Jiading County, Baoshan County and Zhejiang Province, Pingyang County and other places to promote the application, an increase of 14-29%.
