国际铁盟UIC所属研究试验局ORE曾多次组织专门委员会研究许用轴重问题,涉及到B、C、D三个学科的专门委员会。1974年C113委员会曾提出报告,认为货车的最大允许轴重在140km/h时为18t,在120km/h时为20t。法国铁路考虑由制动距离来限制,在140km/h时,轴重不应超过16t。1975年5月D141委员会在巴黎开始工作,着手研究“最大允许轴重由20t提高到22t时对线路的影响”,并由D142委员会负责研究提高货车轴重对线路的影响。
ORE, a research and test bureau affiliated to UIC, has organized special committees on many occasions to study the issue of shaft allowance, involving specialized committees on B, C and D disciplines. In 1974, the C113 Committee had reported that the maximum allowable axle load for trucks was 18t at 140km / h and 20t at 120km / h. The French railway is limited by the braking distance and should not exceed 16t at 140km / h. In May 1975, the D141 Commission started its work in Paris to study “the effect on the line when the maximum allowable axle load increased from 20t to 22t”, and the D142 Committee was responsible for studying the effect of increasing the axle load on the line.
