超声振动辅助成形技术是将超声振动与传统金属塑性成形相结合的一种加工技术,该技术可以有效改善加工方法,获得较好的成形结果。为了分析超声振动辅助成形技术的成形机理,文章综合考虑成形过程中的应力叠加效应和软化效应,确定一维状态下金属在超声振动作用下的本构关系,实现基于理论推导的超声振动辅助成形机理分析,并通过实验进行了验证。
Ultrasonic vibration assisted forming technology is a processing technology that combines ultrasonic vibration with traditional metal plastic forming.
