临床观察已证明,冠心病患者血液流变学各项参数均出现明显异常,但关于这些变化的发生机理,尚未完全阐明。本实验观察了高胆固醇血症大鼠血液流变学各项参数的变化,借以分析高胆固醇血症在冠心病血液流变学变化中的作用。
Clinical observations have shown that all parameters of hemorheology appear abnormal in patients with coronary heart disease, but the mechanism of these changes has not yet been fully elucidated. In this experiment, the changes of various parameters of hemorheology in hypercholesterolemic rats were observed to analyze the role of hypercholesterolemia in hemorheological changes of coronary heart disease.
