目的:观察复方苦参洗剂对细胞因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-8(IL-8)引起皮肤瘙痒的治疗作用,初步探讨复方苦参洗剂治疗皮肤瘙痒的作用机理。方法:采用磷酸组胺建立小鼠瘙痒模型,用即用型SABC法免疫组化染色后对各皮损部位的切片进行IL-1β、IL-8含量检测。结果:与空白组和基质组相比,复方苦参洗剂高、中、低各剂量组IL-1β、IL-8灰度值均降低,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与炉甘石洗剂组相比,复方苦参洗剂高、中剂量组IL-1β、IL-8灰度值降低,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参洗剂可明显抑制瘙痒模型小鼠皮肤组织中IL-1β和IL-8的含量,其改变程度与用药剂量有密切关系。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Kushen Lotion on skin pruritus induced by interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-8 (IL-8), and to explore the mechanism of Compound Kushen Lotion in the treatment of pruritus. Methods: The mouse model of pruritus was established by using histamine phosphate. Immunohistochemical staining with SABC was used to detect the content of IL-1β and IL-8 in each lesion. Results: Compared with the blank group and the matrix group, the levels of IL-1β and IL-8 in the Kushen lotion group were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05) Compared with the calamine lotion group, the gray value of IL-1β and IL-8 in the compound Kushen lotion group was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compound Kushen lotion can obviously inhibit the content of IL-1β and IL-8 in the skin tissue of pruritus model mice, and the degree of change is closely related to the dosage.
