目的 应用登门槛效应理论开展高职院校《外科护理》教学改革,并探讨其应用效果.方法 选取2015级高职护理专业一个自然班采用登门槛效应进行教学改革,并以另一采用传统教学的平行班级作为对照,分析比较两个班级的教学效果.结果 教改班学生期末理论成绩和操作成绩均显著优于对照班(P<0.05);教改班学生在教学效果调查中对教学改革均给与积极评价.结论 基于登门槛效应开展的教学改革应用于《外科护理》教学,有利于教学效果的提高.“,”Objective To explore the effectiveness of the teaching practice based on the foot in the door theory in the higher vocational Surgical Nursing teaching. Methods Two class of grade 2015 higher vocational nursing were taken as experimental group and control group, using reforming teaching and traditional teaching in the surgical nursing. Results The theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The students in the experimental group were given positive evaluation in the teaching effect investigation. Conclusion The use of the foot in the door effect in the higher vocational Surgical Nursing teaching could promote the teaching performance.
