聚醚中的活性聚醚型多元醇是生产聚氨酯泡沫塑科的重要原料,它是以氢氧化钾为催化剂,由带有活泼氢原子的羟基化合物(起始剂)与环氧类化合物(环氧丙烷,环氧乙烷等)进行烷氧化后合成。但成品聚醚中钾离子的存在会使聚醚在发泡过程中,提早固化,生产出的聚氨酯泡沫塑料因结块而报废。为此对成品聚醚中钾(钠)含量的测定,是保证聚醚产品质量的重要手段之一。

However, the presence of potassium ions in the finished polyether will cause the polyether to cure prematurely during the foaming process, and the polyurethane foam produced will be discarded due to agglomeration. Therefore, the determination of potassium (sodium) content in finished polyethers is one of the important means to ensure the quality of polyether products.
