本文是在深入调研煤炭大集团人力资源建设现状的基础上,认真剖析了目前人力资源建设所面临的矛盾和问题。为适应集团公司今后产业结构调整、资源开发、走新型工业化道路等目标任务发展的需要,文章从加大人才引进、培训力度;满足职工个人多元化和个性化职业发展的需求等方面阐释了加强人力资源建设的对策,旨在为实现集团公司总体发展战略提供强有力的人才支持和智力保障。
Based on the in-depth investigation of the current situation of the human resources construction in the coal conglomerate, this article carefully analyzes the contradictions and problems that the human resources construction currently faces. In order to meet the needs of the development of the Group’s industrial structure adjustment, resource development and taking the road of new industrialization in the future, this paper illustrates the strengthening of personnel recruitment and training, meeting the individual needs of employees and individualized career development, etc. The strategy of human resource construction aims to provide strong personnel support and intellectual security for the realization of the overall development strategy of the group company.
