目的分析四川省不同地区和不同时间孕产妇死亡分布特征,为制定预防措施以及政府部门决策提供依据。方法对2005-2014年四川省上报的孕产妇死亡资料进行分析,绘制死亡分布地图。结果 2005-2014年四川省共报告孕产妇死亡2 476人,从2005年的436人下降到2014年的133人,下降幅度达69.50%。孕产妇死亡首要原因为产科出血,直接产科所占的比例从81.00%下降至69.37%,死亡孕产妇的分娩和死亡地点由家中、途中向县级及以上医院转移。省内各地差异明显,各市(州)5年平均孕产妇死亡率下降幅度最高为77.90%,最低为36.58%。二类地区孕产妇死亡发生最多,且5年平均孕产妇死亡率下降幅度最高(76.17%)。结论四川省各地区孕产妇死亡下降情况各异,尤其是民族地区仍存在一定的下降空间,是降低孕产妇死亡率工作的重点、难点地区。建议在全面提高孕产期保健服务质量的基础上,对部分地区开展有针对性的防控措施。
Objective To analyze the distribution of maternal deaths in different regions of Sichuan Province at different times and to provide the basis for making preventive measures and making decisions for government departments. Methods The data of maternal deaths reported in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed and the death distribution maps were drawn. Results A total of 2 476 maternal deaths were reported in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2014, down from 436 in 2005 to 133 in 2014, a drop of 69.50%. The main cause of maternal death was obstetric bleeding, the proportion of direct maternity decreased from 81.00% to 69.37%. The delivery and death of deceased maternal mothers were transferred from hospitals and county hospitals at home and on the way to death. Significant differences across the province obvious, municipal (state) 5-year average maternal mortality rate of decline of up to 77.90%, the lowest was 36.58%. The second category maternal deaths occurred the most, and the 5-year average maternal mortality rate was the highest (76.17%). Conclusions The decrease of maternal deaths in all regions of Sichuan Province is different, especially in ethnic minority areas. There is still some room for reduction in maternal mortality, which is the key and difficult area to reduce maternal mortality. It is suggested that we should conduct targeted prevention and control measures in some areas on the basis of comprehensively improving the quality of maternal health care services.
