新建中国社会科学院科研楼位于首都长安街建国门立交桥西北角,它是首都近年来新建的大型建筑物之一。 科研楼总建筑面积为4.4万平方米。地下一层,面积为2500平方米。地上十五层,另加屋顶机房二层,共十七层,面积为4.15万平方米。科研楼投资总额为2050万元,合每平方米造价467元。原计划新建科研楼安排10个研究所、2500人进行
The newly built Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Scientific Research Building is located at the northwest corner of the Jian Guo Men overpass of the capital’s Chang An Street. It is one of the new large-scale buildings that the capital has built in recent years. The total building area of the scientific research building is 44,000 square meters. The basement level is 2,500 square meters. Fifteen floors on the ground, plus two floors of the roof room, a total of 17 floors, an area of 41,500 square meters. The total investment in research buildings is 20.5 million yuan, which is 467 yuan per square meter. The original plan was to build a new research building with 10 institutes and 2,500 people.
