编辑同志: 人武部归建以来,每年都有大批干部交流到人武部工作,给人武部带来良好的作风和较强的军事技术,给民兵预备役工作注入了新的活力,对解决人武干部本地化、年龄老化等问题起到积极作用。但要使他们尽快进入角色、适应人武工作需要,还应对他们进行培训,使他们尽快掌握民兵预备役业务知识。从目前的情况看,笔者认为对交流到人武部的干部,应采取先培训后上岗的方式,使他们尽快适应和胜任本职工作。

Judging from the current situation, the author believes that cadres who are to be transferred to the People’s Armed Forces Department should take the approach of training first and then going on posts so that they can adapt and be competent in their work as soon as possible.
