法学是一门实践性非常强的学科,实践环节对于帮助学生更好地理解书本法律知识、运用法律知识解决实际问题能力的培养至关重要。而各类高等院校的法学教育改革,对于考核方式方面的关注度明显不足。积极探索统一考核与独立考核相结合、坚持结果考核与过程考核相结合、对学生的考核与对教师的考核相结合、分类制定法学本科实践教学考核标准等具体改革路径,以期实现设置科学、合理和公平的考核机制,充分发挥实践教学在培养学生法律应用能力方面的作用。
Law is a very practical discipline, and practical aspects are crucial to help students develop a better understanding of book legal knowledge and use legal knowledge to solve practical problems. However, the reform of law education in all kinds of institutions of higher learning is obviously less concerned with the examination methods. Actively explore the combination of a unified assessment and independent assessment, insist on the combination of results assessment and process assessment, the combination of student assessment and assessment of teachers, classification of laws and regulations to establish practical examination of law reform and other specific path to achieve scientific and reasonable setting And fair assessment mechanism, give full play to the role of practical teaching in cultivating students’ ability of law application.
