当前,公安院校法学教育中运用情境式教学法,需要处理好几个关键问题,这就是情境的创设问题、各课程情境式教学模块的设计问题、实训基地的建设问题。在情境式教学法实施过程中应当注意情境的设计与公安实战用警相衔接、各课程在情境式教学中划分模块设计、建设校内外实训基地,为提高法学专业学生实际操作能力提供训练场所,进一步优化公安院校法学实践教学活动。
At present, the use of situational teaching method in the law education of public security colleges and universities needs to deal with several key issues.
