校本课程研发要消解校本课程实践活动泛化的形式主义课程观,弱化刻意以教材文本表现的虚无校本课程形式。学校应依据本校的基础与特色,探寻校本课程实施路径。指导校本课程开发的思路应是“自上而下”的演绎模式,形成校本课程的方式应是“自下而上”的归纳模式。分层赋责、突出备课组是校本课程研发、实施和学业评价管理的行政单元,教师合作共同体是校本课程开发和实践的责任人。县域高中校本课程实施应尊重学生发展需求和社会需要,在理想课程规划与现实需求之间寻求平衡的结合点。
The research and development of school-based curriculum should eliminate the formalistic curriculum view of school-based curriculum practice activities, and weaken the virtual school-based curriculum that is deliberately expressed in textbook texts. Schools should explore the implementation path of school-based curriculum based on the foundation and characteristics of the school. The idea of guiding school-based curriculum development should be a “top-down” model of deduction, and the method of forming a school-based curriculum should be a “bottom-up” induction model. Hierarchical accreditation and highlighting lesson preparation groups are the administrative units for school-based curriculum R&D, implementation, and academic evaluation management. The teacher cooperation community is responsible for the school-based curriculum development and practice. The implementation of school-based curriculum in the county high school should respect the development needs of the students and the needs of the society, and seek a balance between the ideal curriculum planning and the actual needs.
