国家制定《教育中长期发展规划纲要2010——2020》以来,国家各级政府部门对于职业教育的投入不断加大,目的就是要职业院校培养出合格的技工人才,为实现这一目标,如何提升教师队伍的素质,使教师的能力能够完成这一历史使命,成为当前的关键。教师岗位能力标准建设研究,对人才招聘、绩效管理、师资培训、人才培养等都具有重要意义。通过教师岗位能力标准建设研究,对职业院校教师的成长和能力提升起到指明方向作用,对职业院校实施有效的绩效考核提供支撑;对职业院校人才储备和人才引进提供依据。
Since the formulation of the “Outline for Education Medium and Long-term Development Plan 2010-2020”, the government has continuously increased its investment in vocational education at all levels of government, aiming at cultivating qualified technicians in vocational colleges. In order to achieve this goal, how To enhance the quality of teachers and to enable teachers to accomplish this historic mission has become the key issue at present. The research on the construction of teachers’ post competency standards is of great significance to talent recruitment, performance management, teacher training and personnel training. Through the research on the standard of teachers’ competence, this paper points out the direction of the growth and ability improvement of teachers in vocational colleges, provides support to the implementation of effective performance evaluation in vocational colleges, and provides the basis for talent reserve and talent introduction in vocational colleges.
