目的探讨胃癌组织中环氧化酶2(COX-2)对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃癌侵袭、转移能力影响,以期能为胃癌的防治提供参考。方法收集2008年1月-2012年8月医院60例胃癌组织、胃癌旁组织标本及30例正常胃黏膜组织标本,在治疗前行快速尿素酶试验结合改良Ciemsa法进行检测Hp感染情况,以免疫组化染色法检测COX-2的表达,采用SPSS17.0分析。结果在胃癌组织、胃癌旁组织、正常胃黏膜组织中COX-2阳性表达率分别为61.67%、26.67%、13.33%,Hp感染阳性率分别为68.33%、68.33%、26.67%,COX-2阳性表达率与Hp感染阳性率在各组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2在胃癌组织中阳性表达率明显上调,与胃癌的侵袭及转移关系密切,Hp感染可能是影响胃癌组织中COX-2阳性表达上调及增加肿瘤侵袭、转移能力的的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) on the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer infected by Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in gastric cancer tissues in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods From January 2008 to August 2012, 60 cases of gastric cancer tissues, gastric cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues were collected. Rapid urease test combined with modified Ciemsa method was used to detect Hp infection before treatment. The expression of COX-2 was detected by histochemical staining and analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results The positive rates of COX-2 in gastric cancer tissues, gastric cancer adjacent tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were 61.67%, 26.67% and 13.33% respectively. The positive rates of Hp infection were 68.33%, 68.33% and 26.67% respectively. The positive rates of COX-2 The positive rate of Hp infection was significantly different between groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The positive expression of COX-2 in gastric cancer tissues is significantly up-regulated, which is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Hp infection may be one of the mechanisms that affect the up-regulation of COX-2 expression and the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
