公共艺术是一种新生的提法。其“公共性”在艺术出现的那一刻即存在了,“公共性”简言之,就是能引发公众讨论的艺术。艺术的公开性、分享性和传播性,以及伴随而来的人类对此的关注和认同,能最大程度的发挥艺术的功能。由此,在一些以应用型为主的大学,将公共艺术引入到校园,尤其是艺术专业是一项具有发展策略的工程。对于转换原来相对封闭,单一的学术环境有着重要的意义。 Public art is a new-born formulation. Its “publicity” exists at the moment when the art appears, and “publicity” is, in short, the art that can arouse public discussion. The openness, sharing and dissemination of art, as well as the attendant human concern and acceptance of it, can maximize the function of art. Thus, in some application-oriented universities, the introduction of public art to the campus, especially the art major, is a project of development strategy. For the original relatively closed conversion, a single academic environment has an important significance.
