事迹回顾:就巨头林立的房地产行业来说,姚振华的宝能并不出众。不过,其却以前海人寿(2012年才成立)为核心,通过保险公司加杠杆狙击万科股权,搅动了整个中国房地产界的一湖春水。姚振华从农贸生意起家,之后踏入房地产。2003年借助深物业在中小板上市,才完成资本初步积累,而彼时的万科和王石,已经是一面旗帜。根据宝能地产的财报,2014年公司的销售收入仅为8.37亿元,不及当年万科销售额的0.4%;2015年上半年,宝能地产全部16个在售项目销售业绩不到30万平方米,签约金额22.7亿元,实际回款2.22亿元。
