福建生态文明试验区的建立是中央探索完善生态文明制度体系的具体行动。通过开展国家生态文明试验区建设,福建省在提高生态承载力,优化产业结构与空间布局,实现生态和经济效益双赢的道路上迎来了崭新的历史机遇。为构建以先进制造业和现代服务业为主体、特色现代农业为基础的现代产业体系,结合福建产业发展现状,对福建产业绿色转型提出以下五点建议:1、倡导绿色发展理念,转型宏观调控体系;2、强化创新驱动力,推进高新科技应用;3、整合已有试点示范,统筹区域产业发展;4、加快产业集群化发展,推动闽台产业深度融合;5、努力建设美丽福建,总结推广典型经验。
The establishment of pilot zone of ecological civilization in Fujian is a concrete action of the Central Government to explore and perfect the system of ecological civilization. Through the construction of the National Experimental Zone for Ecological Civilization, Fujian Province has ushered in a brand new historic opportunity on the road of enhancing ecological carrying capacity, optimizing industrial structure and spatial layout and achieving a win-win ecological and economic benefits. In order to build a modern industrial system based on advanced manufacturing and modern service industry and featuring modern agriculture as the foundation, this paper puts forward the following five suggestions in light of the current situation of Fujian’s industrial development: 1. Advocating the concept of green development and restructuring macro-control System; 2, to strengthen the driving force of innovation, promote the application of high technology; 3, integration of existing pilot demonstration, co-ordinate regional industrial development; 4, to speed up industrial cluster development, promote the integration of Fujian and Taiwan industries; Promote typical experiences.
