以昆明种小白鼠为实验对象,观察了核黄素合剂对运动训练小鼠体内自由基的保护作用.将小鼠(40 只)随机分成3 组.对照组10 只(普通饲料、正常饮水、自由活动),实验组Ⅰ15 只(普通饲料、正常饮水、运动训练),实验组Ⅱ15 只(普通饲料、正常饮水、运动训练、核黄素合剂).结果表明:实验组Ⅱ小鼠全血、肝脏、肌肉的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显高于实验组Ⅰ(P<0.01);而肝脏、肌肉的脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量则明显低于实验组Ⅰ(P< 0.01).提示核黄素合剂具有增强小鼠机体抗氧化酶活力,保护体内自由基的作用.
Taking Kunming mice as experimental object, we observed the protective effect of riboflavin mixture on free radicals in exercise-trained mice. Mice (40) were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group consisted of 10 normal diet, normal drinking water and free movement. The experiment group consisted of 15 normal diet, normal drinking water and sports training. The experimental group consisted of Ⅱ 15 normal diet, normal drinking water, exercise training and riboflavin mixture. The results showed that SOD and GSH in whole blood, liver and muscle of experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in experimental group Ⅰ (P <0.01); Liver, muscle lipid peroxide malondialdehyde (MDA) content was significantly lower than the experimental group Ⅰ (P <0.01). Tip riboflavin mixture has antioxidant activity in mice to enhance body activity, the role of protecting free radicals.
