采用脆性涂层法和电阻应变法实际测量了高温状态下高炉冷却壁的应力和应变.实测结果表明:由于冷却水管的非均匀布置,冷却壁中心位置应力较高,而四周应力较低,高炉冷却壁的应力分布,与有限元的应力分布计算结果的趋势和数量级相同.这种测量方法的应用为应力应变的理论计算提供了一种新的校验方法.
The brittle coating method and resistance strain method were used to measure the stress and strain of blast furnace stave under high temperature condition. The results show that due to the non-uniform arrangement of the cooling water pipe, the stress in the center of the cooling wall is higher and the stress in the surrounding area is lower. The stress distribution in the cooling wall of the blast furnace is the same as that of the finite element stress distribution calculation. The application of this measurement method provides a new verification method for the theoretical calculation of stress-strain.
