非功能性后腹膜副神经节瘤,临床罕见。我们收治1例,报告如下。病人张×,女,32岁,木材厂工人,住院号86760。患者近半年来经常自觉头昏、头痛、心悸恶心、下腹部及腰背部有隐痛,出汗较以往多,稍活动即大汗淋漓,劳累过度加重。因腹部发现肿物2周而于1980年2月23日入院。10年来,较长时间在硝酸盐化工厂车间工作。月经15((5～6)/30),无痛经及白带,结婚10年,有2子1女。体格检查:T36.5℃,P80次,R18次,BP110/80。发育营养中等,神志清醒,胸部心肺无异常发现,腹部柔软,下腹正中线偏左可触及鸡蛋大小椭圆形肿块,质中等硬,表面光滑,境界清楚,略可上下推动,深压则感疼痛。钡餐透视:左下腹部有鸡蛋大小肿块,位于后腹 Non-functional retroperitoneal paraganglioma, rare in clinical practice.
