笔者在负责公司业务期间,曾发现一 个有趣的现象:凡前线业务员主动而迫切地请求老板到第一线支持业务谈判的,这笔业务十有八九谈不成;而谈成的业务中,多是老板未亲自出马的。不知道这种现象在其他企业是否普遍。因为有此经历,所以每当看到媒体报道说某某领导现场办公,解决了多少久拖未决的实际问题,笔者便会不由自主地想起唐浩明先生所写的《曾国藩》一书。 当年,曾国藩领兵围剿太平天国。其弟曾国荃准备攻打太平天国的重镇安庆城,战前曾国藩到前线视察。视察结束后,
