在社会自媒体趋势下,新媒体所具有的新的特征和优势使媒体出现蓬勃发展,并逐渐取代传统媒体,成为信息传递的主渠道和最新方式。作为一种介入社会生活的方式,新媒体是一柄“双刃剑”。在探讨新媒体环境下高校突发事件的应对时,应充分发挥新媒体在高校突发事件预防中的理念整合与思想引导功能,处理中的舆论导向与信息传递功能,善后中的形象再造和民意疏通功能,借此保障学校良好的秩序,维护学校在社会中的声誉。
Under the trend of self-media in society, new characteristics and advantages of new media have brought the media to flourish and have gradually replaced traditional media as the main channel and the latest way of information transmission. As a way to intervene in social life, the new media is a “double-edged sword.” In discussing the response to emergencies in the new media environment, we should give full play to the concept integration and ideological guidance function of new media in the prevention of emergencies in colleges and universities, the media-oriented and information transfer function in the process of dealing with, the image reconstruction and Public opinion dredge functions, in order to protect the good order in schools and maintain the reputation of schools in the community.
