中国科学院的教育活动具有跨地域、网络式、集中分散相结合的客观布局和寓教于研的培养特点,利用信息化提升其创新教育能力和水平已成为必然选择。由于教育信息化现有理论方法的不足直接影响了项目实现效果和提升空间,本文提出了一种衡量信息化成熟度的6级度量模型,并利用该模型建立起一个选择与优化开发服务功能的教育信息化过程模型。通过建立教育学习的本体,本文还提出了一种如何利用业务本体来整合多个异构应用系统的方法。这些模型和方法已成功地应用到中国科学院“十一五”教育信息化的项目实施中,并取得了良好的建设成效和服务效果,提升了技术创新能力。
Chinese Academy of Sciences has an objective layout of educational activities that combine geographical, network and centralized decentralization and the cultivation characteristics of edutainment and education. It has become an inevitable choice to use information technology to improve its innovative education ability and level. Due to the deficiency of the existing theoretical methods in educational informationization, this paper presents a six-level measurement model to measure the maturity of information technology, and uses the model to establish a function of selecting and optimizing the development of service functions Educational Information Process Model. By building ontology of education learning, this paper also put forward a method how to use business ontology to integrate multiple heterogeneous application systems. These models and methods have been successfully applied to the implementation of the “Eleventh Five-Year” educational information project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and have achieved good results in construction and service and enhanced the capability of technological innovation.
