小鼠腹股沟皮下接种H_(22)瘤细胞4d,局部~(60)Co照射7Gy并用400mg/kg复方蟾皮胶囊治疗7d,其瘤重抑制率达67.4%;BALB/c小鼠腹腔内接种10~6个/0.1ml S_(180)瘤细胞后全身照射7Gy,200mg/kg复方蟾皮胶囊灌胃8d,腹水量和癌细胞总数分别为0.6±0.3ml(P<0.01)和1.845±1.253×10~7(P<0.01);小鼠S_(37)移植瘤局部照射10Gy后用500mg/kg复方蟾皮胶囊治疗9d,瘤重抑制率、NIF、ER分别为85.1%、0.149和1.34;表明该中药具有辐射增效作用。12.5μg/ml复方蟾皮胶囊对离体HEP-2、MGC803和Hela癌细胞的100%致死时间分别是72、58和86h。

The lethal time of 12.5 μg/ml compound suede capsules on isolated HEP-2, MGC803 and Hela cancer cells was 72, 58 and 86 hours, respectively.
