采用溶胶-凝胶法制备锶铁氧体包覆碳纳米管(CNTs)的吸波材料,并考察了碳纳米管含量对包覆后样品磁性能及吸波性能的影响。经TEM、XRD验证锶铁氧体成功地包覆在碳纳米管表面;从VSM图中可以看出6%CNTs-Sr-Fe11.5O19的磁性能最佳,矫顽力(Hc)为5916.13Oe。而经网络分析仪测定,5%CNTs-SrFe11.5O19的吸波性能最佳,最大反射率达-19.7dB。
The sol-gel method was used to prepare the absorbing materials of strontium ferrite coated carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The effects of the content of carbon nanotubes on the magnetic properties and absorbing properties of the coated samples were also investigated. The results of TEM and XRD show that strontium ferrite is successfully coated on the surface of carbon nanotubes. From the VSM images, it can be seen that the magnetic properties of 6% CNTs-Sr-Fe11.5O19 are best, and the coercivity (Hc) is 5916.13 Oe . The network analyzer measured, 5% CNTs-SrFe11.5O19 the best absorbing properties, the maximum reflectance of -19.7dB.
