在荚果发育初期对大田种植乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)喷施不同浓度磷酸二氢钾+尿素及磷酸二氢钾+尿素+硼酸钠叶面肥,观察其对甘草种子产量及产量构成要素的影响,并比较种子发芽情况及种子超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明,施用磷酸二氢钾+尿素组合叶面肥时,种子产量、发芽率及发芽势与叶面肥浓度呈正相关,但随着浓度升高,每果穗荚果数下降。使用磷酸二氢钾+尿素+硼酸钠组合,种子产量与叶面肥浓度呈负相关。两组合叶面肥均显著提高了种子产量、种子饱满率及发芽率,种子产量最高达到883.61kg/hm2,饱满率最高可达92.09%。种子饱满率随叶面肥浓度的升高,先升高后降低,各组酶活性无显著性差异。
In the early stage of pod development, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch was sprayed with different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate + urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate + urea + sodium borate foliar fertilizer to observe its effects on seed yield and yield components of Glycyrrhiza uralensis The seed germination and seed superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities were compared. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between seed yield, germination rate and the concentration of foliar fertilizer when applied with potassium dihydrogen phosphate + urea combined foliar fertilizer. However, with the increase of concentration, the number of pods per fruit decreased. Using potassium dihydrogen phosphate + urea + sodium borate combination, seed yield and foliar concentration was negatively correlated. Both combinations of foliar fertilizer significantly increased the seed yield, seed filling rate and germination rate, the seed yield up to 883.61kg / hm2, the fullness rate up to 92.09%. Seed full rate with foliar fertilizer concentration increased first and then decreased, the enzyme activity of each group was no significant difference.
