芝加哥大学的一项最新研究显示,感到孤独的人容易睡不好。对于那些觉得谁都比自己快乐的人,这显然是个坏消息。睡眠不佳,并非由于人们感到沮丧、焦虑或有压力。夜间猛醒及睡眠中断,无论在何种情绪下都与孤独有关。除孤独外,不规律的睡眠也会降低睡眠质量。但是,他们与常人的失眠时长相同,并且次日也不会感到疲惫。然而,绑在他们手腕上的传感器却记录了他们在夜间的辗转反侧。
A recent study by the University of Chicago shows that people who feel lonely can not sleep well. This is clearly bad news for those who think everyone is happier than themselves. Poor sleep, not because of frustration, anxiety or stress. Nighttime awakenings and sleep disruptions are related to loneliness under whatever emotion. In addition to loneliness, irregular sleep can also reduce the quality of sleep. However, they have the same duration of insomnia as ordinary people and will not feel tired the next day. However, the sensors tied to their wrists record their tossing and turning at night.
