右半结肠癌以腹痛为首发症状者容易误诊。以误诊为阑尾炎者多见,也有误诊为阑尾周围脓肿及其他腹腔感染者。本文收集并分析我院1998-02-2009-12间误诊的右半结肠癌患者11例的资料,报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男6例,女5例,年龄36～66(平均56)岁。临床表现以转移性右下腹痛7例,反复右下腹痛4例,腹痛并有肠梗阻症状者2例,右下腹可触及包块5例。全组病例均有明显右侧中下腹腹膜炎刺激症,结肠充气试验阳性,血常 Right colon cancer with abdominal pain as the first symptom easily misdiagnosed.
