Based on the introduction of the historical background of the electricity market reform in the United Kingdom, this paper analyzes in detail the two major power market reforms in England and Wales in terms of their mode and features. They are intended to work on the power system and care about the reform of the electricity market. The foreign power market-oriented reform of the lack of systematic understanding of comrades to provide a useful reference.
