地铁是城市中解决日益严重的交通问题的大容量快速交通工具,也是城市的现代化标志之一。然而,地铁自出现之日起,就存在着各种安全隐患,其中最主要的隐患就是火灾。通过对地铁火灾应急调度系统的分析,利用AHP方法将应急调度系统分为4个层次15个指标,提出系统层次分析结构,并利用该方法对层次分析结构进行定量计算。根据计算出的权重对系统进行综合评价,得出地铁火灾应急调度的最优化管理办法。实践表明,基于AHP的地铁火灾应急调度方案能够获得更科学的管理决策。
Subway is a large-capacity fast-moving means of transportation in the city to solve the increasingly serious traffic problems, is also one of the signs of the city’s modernization. However, since the day of the MTRC, various hidden dangers have existed. The most serious hidden danger is the fire. Through the analysis of subway fire emergency dispatch system, the AHP method is used to divide the emergency dispatch system into four levels and 15 indicators, and the system hierarchy analysis structure is proposed. The AHP method is used to quantitatively calculate the AHP structure. Based on the calculated weights, the system is evaluated comprehensively, and the optimal management measures for emergency dispatch of subway fire are obtained. Practice shows that AHP-based subway fire emergency scheduling program to obtain more scientific management decisions.
