我国现如今对职业教育集团建设已经加大了重视力度。职业教育是我国教育行业中比较重要的教育类型。区域旅游职业教育是非常重要的职业教育领域,这就需要我国采取一定的措施从而完善职业教育。为此,我国全面建设和组织了旅游职教集团,为的就是能够将区域旅游职业教育的质量提升起来。区域旅游职业教育集团的出现就是为了能够将所有的职业教育资源进行整合,然后将资源进行调配。但是目前我国的区域旅游职业集团建设以来在建设机制和体制上都存在着各种小问题。对此,针对个别地区区域旅游职教集团相关体制和建设机制进行了合理的对比和研究。对我国区域旅游职业教育集团的结构,还有工作效率问题进行了仔细研究,对我国区域旅游职教集团建设机制、体制进行了思考,提出正确的机制和体制。
