改革开放以后,随着我国经济改革的不断深入,经济快速发展,企业要面对的市场竞争压力也越来越大,企业都在千方百计地寻找提升自身综合竞争力的方法,以求能在市场上占据一席之地,获得更大的利益。高新技术企业投资大,风险高,利润大的特点使其面临的形势更加严峻,在这样的背景下,除了硬件水平的提高,高新技术企业还必须要在管理层面上不断进步,才能确保发展。因此,加强财务的管理就显得尤为重要。本文以此为着力点,对高新技术企业加强财务管理进行研究。
