林木组织培养通常都在人工光照和恒温条件下进行。这样就必须配备保温较好的房子,安装大量日光灯、购置空调机,既花钱又耗电,使组培苗木成本大大高于一般常规育苗。因此,设备较差的单位和生产部门往往不能开展组培试验,而大量组培的科研成果亦难以推广和应用于生产实践。为了探讨简化组培设备的可能性,我们于1983年6月开始,利用自然通风,漫射光照进行了林木组培试验。初步结果表明,供试几个树种的组培全过程都可以在室内或室外自然条件下
Forest tissue culture is usually carried out under artificial light and at constant temperature. This must be equipped with better insulation house, install a large number of fluorescent lamps, the purchase of air conditioners, both cost and power consumption, the cost of tissue culture seedlings much higher than the general conventional nursery. Therefore, poorly equipped units and production departments often can not conduct tissue culture experiments, and a large number of tissue culture research results are difficult to promote and apply to the production practice. In order to explore the possibility of simplifying tissue culture equipment, we started the tree tissue culture experiment with natural ventilation and diffuse light in June 1983. Preliminary results show that the test of several species of tissue culture can be the whole process of indoor or outdoor natural conditions
