通过测定２３例青春期功血（ｊｕｖｉｎｉｌｅｕｔｅｒｉｎｅｂｌｅｅｄｉｎｇ，ＪＵＢ）患者子宫动脉阻力指数（ｒｅｓｉｓｔａｎｃｅｉｎｄｅｘ，ＲＩ）及相关血浆中前列腺素（ｐｒｏｓｔａｇｌａｎｄｉｎ）ＰＧＦ２α，ＰＧＥ２水平，发现ＪＵＢ妇女经血增多时血浆ＰＧＦ２α明显下降，其ＲＩ值也相应较低，后者可为临床上观察功血患者子宫血管张力提供科学、简便的方法，并为辅助使用宫缩剂或血管活性药物（阴道局部）提供用药依据及时间。
