试验证明:云南烟区烟草黑胫病(Phytophthora parasitica Var.Nicotianae),主要依靠菌丝体,在土壤中产生游动孢囊放射游动孢子,而传播侵染。因此探索游动孢囊的产生和刺激游动孢子放射的条件,有利于研究侵染规律及药剂防治。
Experiments show that: Tobacco black shank disease (Phytophthora parasitica Var. Nicotianae) in Yunnan Province mainly relies on mycelium to produce zoospores in the soil to release zoospores and spread the infection. Therefore, to explore the production of zoosporangia and stimulate the conditions of zoospore emission, is conducive to the study of infection and drug control.
