国有大中型企业在实行股份制的情况下,如何加强民兵建设?最近笔者就此问题作了调查,取得了一些新的认识。 我在调查中发现,股份制企业的行政机构设置普遍较为精干,如果再依照原来国有大中型企业的模式来管理民兵组织,势必出现节奏缓慢,效率低下的弊端,对此,股份制企业对民兵组织的管理要实行科学化管理。一是改定性管理为定量管理。二是改粗放型管理为集约化、规范化管理。
How to Strengthen the Construction of Militia in Large and Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises under the Condition of Joint-stock System?
