肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的一类疾病,其发病率呈上升趋势。化疗作为对癌症患者全身性治疗的手段,在恶性肿瘤治疗中具有手术和放射治疗不能替代的作用。是治疗恶性肿瘤的三大主要手段之一,但是肿瘤细胞对多种化疗药物产生抗药性是导致化疗失败的主要原因。研究表明:肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性的产生与多药耐药基因和热休克蛋白、P-糖蛋白、谷胱甘肽转移酶等多药耐药蛋白的过度表达有密切关系,现综述如下。
