单体液压支柱是我国煤矿的重点支护设备,安全性能要求很高,被誉为矿工的保命柱。其中的配件——活柱体(见图1)是其承力的主要部件,焊缝质量要求高,并且接长柱筒对活柱筒的跳动度≤0.8mm。
Single hydraulic props are the key support equipment in China’s coal mines, high safety performance requirements, known as the miner’s lifeguard. One of the parts - live column (see Figure 1) is the main component of its bearing capacity, high quality requirements of the weld, and then take a long column on the dynamic cylinder beating degree ≤ 0.8mm.
