艺术设计向设计艺术的名词转换佐证了设计已经作为一门艺术被认可,而非单单停留在在“工艺”和“匠术”上,但艺术设计从业者作为当下社会不可缺少的活力人才的队伍,已经越来越受到重视,我们更希望本土的设计能在世界舞台上谋得一席甚至引领的地位,这样对设计人才的素质要求就明朗升华起来,论文从内素质和外素质角度探讨了艺术设计人才应该具备的基本素质,以期对艺术设计人才的培养起到一定借鉴作用。
