我国大多数旅游企业在营销方面存在盲目削价竞争、忽视售后服务、法制意识淡薄、忽视旅游形象等诸多问题。要使我国旅游事业蓬勃发展,必须用先进的旅游市场营销理念来武装自己,把现代先进的旅游市场营销理念引进中国旅游事业。本文通过归纳国内外旅游营销策划管理的研究现状,分析我国旅游市场营销管理存在的问题,从而对旅游企业影响策划管理提出合理化的建议,进一步指出其未来发展趋势。
Most of China’s tourism enterprises in the marketing there is blind price-cutting competition, neglect after-sales service, weak legal awareness, ignore the image of tourism and many other issues. To make China’s tourism industry to flourish, we must arm ourselves with the advanced concept of tourism marketing and introduce the advanced tourism marketing concept into China’s tourism industry. This paper summarizes the research status of tourism marketing planning management at home and abroad, analyzes the problems existing in tourism marketing management in China, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the planning and management of tourism enterprise impact, and further points out its future development trend.
