结合实地调研资料,首先剖析了某发动机总装车间的生产现状,找出车间生产效益降低的问题;接着针对发现的问题,提出重新引进看板生产系统作为帮助企业摆脱目前困境的方案。重点讨论了该车间看板生产系统的导入计划、总体设计和组织实施条件,并对实施效果进行了客观评价,对其他拟采用看板生产系统的企业具有一定的参考价值。
Combined with field research data, the paper first analyzes the production status of an engine assembly shop and finds out the problem of reduced production efficiency in the workshop. Then, according to the problems found, it is proposed to reintroduce kanban production system as a solution to help enterprises get out of the current dilemma. This paper mainly discusses the introduction plan, overall design and implementation conditions of Kanban production system in this shop, and carries out an objective evaluation of the implementation effect, which is of certain reference value to other companies planning to adopt Kanban production system.
