苯丙氨酸(Ⅰ)是人体必需的氨基酸之一,对肿瘤組織有下列可注意的关系:(1)黑色素瘤中特有的黑色素成分可能是由苯丙氨酸經过一系列生化反应而产生的;(2)苯丙氨酸为所有恶性肿瘤所具有的癌毒素(Toxohormone)中三个最重要的氨基酸之一。Larionov及Bergel曾利用此氨基酸为氮芥基团(-N)的載体,合成了芳香型氮芥化合物——溶肉瘤素(Ⅱ),并在临床治疗肿瘤上取得有意义的結果。潘百川、高怡生在第Ⅴ报中也报告了一系列溶肉瘤素的类似物,有些具有很滿意的治疗肿瘤的作用。

Pan Baichuan, Gao Yisheng also reported a series of analogs of lysosumin in Part V, some of which are very satisfactory in the treatment of tumors.
