随着素质教育的不断深入,中小学生每天一小时的校园体育活动得到了全面的落实,改变了以往“重智育、轻体育”的现象。中学生的学业负担相对较重,学生缺少活动时间,健康状况令人担忧。如今,每天一小时校园体育活动的实施,增加了学生的活动时间,有利于学生的健康成长。为了丰富学生的校园体育活动,形成学校的体育活动特色,让学生学到终生受益的东西,学校在设计校园活动时,进行了有益的探索和实践。
With the continuous deepening of quality education, primary and secondary school students get an hour’s full day of campus physical activity, which has changed the phenomenon of “re-education, sports of light” in the past. The academic burden of secondary school students is relatively heavy, the lack of activity time students, health is worrying. Today, one hour per day on campus sports activities, an increase of student activity time, conducive to the healthy growth of students. In order to enrich students’ campus sports activities and form the characteristics of sports activities in schools so that students can learn something that benefits them for their entire life, the schools conducted useful explorations and practices in designing campus activities.
