目的:分析医院ICU常见医患纠纷及其特点,探讨相应的防范措施。方法:回顾性分析浙江省嘉兴市第二医院2012年3月~2015年12月重症监护病房出现医患纠纷患者的临床资料。结果:医患纠纷的常见原因有病历书写不规范、医患沟通不足、操作不规范、医疗人员责任心较差、法律观念淡薄等医方原因,还包括就诊过程中的感受较差、对疾病认知存在局限、对诊疗预期偏高、依从性和家属配合度差、对治疗费用心存怀疑等患方原因。结论:改善医务人员服务态度、提高技术水平、加强医患沟通、提高法律意识、强化法制观念、规范收费、提供一日清单等,是减少ICU医患纠纷的关键。
Objective: To analyze the common doctor-patient disputes and their characteristics in hospital ICU and to explore the corresponding preventive measures. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the second hospital in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province from March 2012 to December 2015 clinical evidence of patient-patient disputes in the clinical data. Results: The common causes of doctor-patient disputes were irregular medical record writing, inadequate communication between doctors and patients, non-standard operation, poor medical staff’s sense of responsibility and weak legal concepts, as well as poor medical experience during treatment, Cognitive limitations, high expectations of treatment, compliance and poor family co-ordination, the treatment of patients with skepticism and other risk factors. Conclusion: It is the key to reduce the dispute between doctors and patients in ICU to improve medical service attitude, improve technical level, strengthen communication between doctors and patients, enhance legal awareness, strengthen legal concept, regulate fees and provide one day list.
