有些地方的教师去校外兼课,对全日制教学造成较为严重的影响。浙江台州地区某中学41名高中教师,有31人到校外兼课。杭州市重点中学有将近三分之一的骨干教师忙于校外兼课,有的老师甚至为此累坏了身体。更为严重的是,有些教师到校外兼课不嫌多,而在校内却不肯多上一节课。有时身在校内心在外,上课不认真,批改作业很粗糙,个别 Teachers in some localities have taken part-time classes outside the school and have had a more serious impact on full-time teaching. Of the 41 high school teachers in a middle school in Taizhou, Zhejiang, 31 had taken classes outside the school. Nearly a third of the key teachers in key middle schools in Hangzhou are busy with extracurricular classes, and some teachers are even physically exhausted. What is even more serious is that some teachers do not have enough classes outside the school but they do not want to take more classes in school. Sometimes I am out of school, I am not serious in class, and my assessment is very rough.
