科技和体育的“共生”关系一直伴随着每一个运动项目的发展进步。当前,高尔夫运动和现代科技的结合越来越紧密,挥杆技术的每一项进步,都是对运动力学有了更深刻的感知。人体的一切运动需遵循基本力学规律,体育技术的进步源于对运动力学的理解和应用,利用科技手段提升体育教学与训练水平已成为现代体育教学训练中的重要问题,而科学理论知识对其渗透是解决问题的关键。在向“知识型”转化的过程中,运动生物力学是最重要的一个环节。在高尔夫专业中开设运动生物力学课程并强化实践教学,有利于学生加深对该项目运动本质的理解,更好地找到技术动作要领和重点,不断提高运动水平和学业水平。
