本试验以150只爱拔益加(AA)肉用鸡父母代(其中父系和母系各75只)及商品代200只为材料,从遗传角度研究了不同基因型间几种激素的差异。结果表明:血浆生长激素(GH)、3—8周龄呈现基因型间差异;三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_3)在7周龄以前表现出父母代高于商品代,而8周龄则表现出父系低于商品代;睾酮仅在7—8周龄表现出商品代高于父母代;皮质醇激素表现在3和5周龄父母代均高于商品代。研究表明,不同遗传组成的鸡在生理上呈现激素间显著差异和激素水平的不均衡消长。
In this study, we studied the differences of several hormones between different genotypes using 150 Aibaojia (AA) meat chicken parents (including 75 paternal and maternal) and 200 commercial breeds. The results showed that: plasma GH (3-6 weeks old) showed genotypic differences; triiodothyronine (T_3) showed higher parents than the commercial ones before 7 weeks old, Showed that the paternal line was lower than the commercial line; testosterone showed a higher product line than the parent line only at 7-8 weeks of age; cortisol levels were higher at 3 and 5 weeks of age than the commercial line. Studies have shown that different genetic composition of the chicken physiological hormone showed significant differences between hormone levels and the uneven growth and decline.
