本实验研究了溴氰菊酯中毒大鼠各脑区内5-HT(5-羟色胺)及其代谢产物5-HIAA(5-羟吲哚乙酸)含量的变化。结果表明,以70mg/kg剂量经口染毒,大鼠苍白球和大脑皮层内5-HT和5-HIAA含量均降低;下丘脑内仅5-HIAA含量降低,而延脑和中缝核群内的5-HT和5-HIAA的含量没有变化。提示溴氰菊酯的作用部位可能在中枢神经。
In this study, we investigated the changes of 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine) and its metabolite 5-HIAA (5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid) in various brain regions of deltamethrin poisoning rats. The results showed that the content of 5-HIAA and 5-HIAA in the globus pallidus and cerebral cortex of rats were all decreased after oral administration of 70mg / kg; only the content of 5-HIAA in the hypothalamus was decreased; The content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA did not change. Tip deltamethrin role may be in the central nervous system.
